Coconut Oil Almond Joy Bark

Ingredients
6 tablespoons Coconut oil1 tsp. Vanilla extract2 tablespoons Cocoa powder1 tablespoon Splenda2 tablespoons Unsweetened coconut, shredded1/4 cup Sliced almonds
Directions
1. Melt coconut oil in microwave
2. Stir in remaining ingredients
3. Pour into min-muffin tins
4. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes

Makes 12 mini-muffins (2 per serving).
