Salmon and Avocado Sandwich

1 avocado, sliced8 slices whole wheat bread8 Tbsp low fat cream cheese4 oz smoked salmon
Directions
Spread 2 Tbsp of cream cheese on 4 slices of bread. Spread 1 oz of salmon on bread with cheese and top with 1/4 of the avocado. Place other slices of bread on top.
