4 tsp. Smooth Peanut Butter8 oz. Low Fat Cream Cheese1 c. Equal or Splenda1/4 c Heavy Cream1 sq. Unsweetened Baker's Chocolate
Melt cream cheese and peanut butter. Stir together. In a separate dish, melt the baker's chocolate.
Combine the chocolate and cream cheese mixture
Then, stir in heavy cream and Equal.
Spread in an 8x8 buttered baking dish and set in refrigerator for 4 hours.
(Note: this is more of a gooey fudge)
