Open-Face Tuna Melt

Ingredients
1-5 oz. Can StarKist - Solid White Albacore TunaKraft Real Mayo, 1 tbspNature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 20 oz. loaf, 1 slice..., 2 sliceTwo Slices Kraft Singles American Cheese (or other cheese)Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), 1 servingCelery, raw, .75 cup, diced
Directions
Toast bread.

While bread is toasting, drain tuna, mix with craisins, diced celery, and mayo (salt/pepper to taste)

Put half the tuna salad on each slice of bread.

Top with one slice of cheese and microwave for 30 seconds each.

Makes 2 open-faced tuna melts
