Catalan Gazpacho

Ingredients
* Cucumber (peeled), 0.3 medium * Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large * Cider Vinegar, 0.25 cup * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp * Pepper, black, 1 dash * Salt, 3 dash * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Garlic, 1 clove
Directions
- Peel the cucumber
- Skin the tomatoes by first cutting a little cross in their skin and then dipping them in boiling water for half a minute. Skin should come of easily.
- Put everything in a blander and mix to a smooth consistency.
- Do not water it down to much!
Adjust taste a little to your liking with following options: Tabasco sauce, more Garlic, cateloupe melon pieces, apple pieces, more vinegar.... go creative..
