Lemon-butter Tilapia (complete meal!)

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 3 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz *Tilapia filet, 16 oz Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Flour, white, .5 cup *Bird's Eye Broccoli Florets, 4 cup bird's eye steamfresh sweet mini corn on the cob, 4 serving Auntie Millie's Whole grain dinner rolls, 4 serving
Directions
Season fish to taste and dust with flour. Put fish in hot pan with 1 tbls of butter and 1 tbls of olive oil. cook for 4 minutes on each side. while fish is cooking put veggies in the microwave and steam. combine 2 tbls melted butter with 1 tbls lemon juice and drizzle over fish. Season veggies with "Mrs. Dash" and "I can't believe it's not butter" spray.
