Berry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
Any 3/4-1 cup frozen fruit of choice (Strawberry/blueberry mix is great!1/2 scoop Optimal Health Nutrition powder (or your own brand)1 cup water/juice (adjust as needed for blending)1 packet stevia2 T. Plain, lowfat yogurt.
Directions
Blend all ingredients and serve immediately or pop in the freezer for later. (Let stand 5 min. or so first). Be creative and add your own ingredients and adjust to your taste! Great for a snack or add an egg and toast for complete breakfast! Makes 1 generous (16 oz.) serving.
