2 slices Sara Lee Honey Wheat Bread (or your favorite wheat, grain bread that's high in fiber - I chose this one because they each slice is only 80 calories)1/2 Avocado1/4 cup Alfalfa sprouts (optional - but they are so low in calories, they add a wonderful texture to the sandwich)1/4 cup Baby Spinach
Spread the avocado on the sandwich bread, add the sprouts, and baby spinach. Enjoy!
