Ingredients
1/2 c dry + 2 T dry, old-fashioned / slow cooking oatmeal1 t cinnamon1 c water1/3 c non-fat, dried milk powder (like Carnation)1/2 c skim milk1 packet Splenda
Directions
Boil water and skim milk in small saucepan. Stir in oats and non-fat milk powder. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes - stir occasionally. Add in cinnamon and Spenda.
