Chocolate Raisin Nut Bars

Ingredients
1 ounce bakers unsweetened chocolate1/4 cup whole almonds1/4 cup ground flaxseed1/2 cup raisins (not packed)
Directions
This processes best with the ingredients room temperature. Place all ingredients in processor and process until the ingredients meld. From five to ten minutes. Into a square plastic container (I use a sandwhich size with lid) firmly press the mixture Cut in four bars. Chill in refrigerater until firm. Enjoy!

    This is so easy, full of healthy ingredients, and tastes so much better than store bought "health" bars; all this and chocolate too! Yum! I have also made this using dates and walnuts instead of raisins and almonds. That was very good too! - 10/3/07
