Pasta with Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients
1 lb/500 g pasta1 jar (12 oz/350 mL) marinated artichoke hearts2 Tbsp/30 mL olive oil1 Tbsp/15 mL butter2 cups/500 mL sliced onions2 tsp/10 mL dried basil1 cup/250 mL sour cream1 cup/250 mL cottage cheesesalt (not include in nutrition info for this meal)pepper (not included in nutrition info for this meal)parmesan cheese (")
Directions
Cook the pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, pour the liquid from the artichoke hearts into a drained skillet. Cut the artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces and put them aside.
Add the olive oil and butter to the skillet. Heat over medium heat.
Add the onions to the skillet. Saute until soft (about 8-10 minutes).
Add the artichoke heart pieces and basil to the skillet. Saute for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.

Add the sour cream, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
Drain the cooked pasta. Toss with the sauce. Serve.
Top each serving with grated parmesan cheese.
