Ingredients
Ginger Root, 2 tsp - MincedSesame Oil, 2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper, .5 tsp Scallions, raw, 4 large - Cut into 1 inch piecesFlank Steak, 1 lb - Sliced thinHoisin Sauce, 1/3 cupButter Flavored cooking spray
Directions
Heat nonstick pan over med. high heat. Coat steak with cooking spray. Add Steak t pan, cook 3 min. or until browned and liquid has almost evaporated, stirring occasionally.

In separate bowl combine hoisin sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and crushed red pepper.

Add sauce mixture and onion to steak in pan, cook 1 minute.

Makes 4 servings. Serving size about 1/2 cup.

Serve over jasmine rise and steamed snow peas.(not included in calorie count)

    Easy and good. I added extra garlic, onion, whole dried red chili. Tossed the beef in corn starch to make it crunchy. Served it with mandarin oranges in rice. - 5/22/20
