Sausage & Spinach Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
Directions
1 5oz seasoned croutons1lb pork sausage1 box frozed spinach (yield 1 cup drained WELL)1 cup 2% Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese9 large eggs1 1/2 c. half and half
brown sausage and crumble well; drain
place croutons on bottom of greased 9 x 13 casserole dish
defrost spinach and drain off liquids very well
beat all eggs with half and half
Layer as follows on top of croutons
1. Sausage
2. Spinach
3. Cheese
4. Pour over egg mixture
Let set in fridge for at least 2 hours or over night if possible! If I am making as a dinner dish, I will ususally prepare in the morning and let it set all day!!
Heat oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes
Cool and enjoy!
