We had company and I fixed a variety of boneless skinless breasts, thighs and bone-in legs. It was a huge hit. Per company - "this recipe is a keeper" - 2/19/11

This was excellent. The crust had a nice little kick to it, and the chicken was nice and moist. I'll make this again! - 11/15/10

Best chicken ever--and I forgot to add the Parmesan!

    Moist, flavorful, crunchy!

I made this with leg quarters (thigh+drumstick) and baked for an hour and 10 minutes. - 1/5/12

Very good! I altered a little due to time and taste. I used fresh chicken breast cut into strips and made tenders. I didn't use the lime or poultry season. I used egg whites and added the cut chicken breast to the egg white, let it sit for just a few minutes then coated with the dry ingredients as t - 8/27/11

mmmm delicious!! I made this for dinner tonight and it was amazing. I did make one substitution - didn't have lime juice so I used lemon and it was still very, very good. Even got a 5 stars from my hubbs LOL. - 6/9/11
