Ingredients
Ingredients: Chicken Thigh, 6 (or any combo of thighs, breasts, legs, whatever you like, about 1 pound to 1.5 pounds)Basil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 2 tsp (you can use granulated garlic)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (or a can of crushed tomatoes, or sauce if you prefer to avoid 'chunks')*Barilla Plus Angel Hair, 4 oz (or enough for each person to get 1 cup cooked pasta)Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp (I use Tony Chachere's Cajun spice but the ingredients selection did not include that)
Directions
Spray baking dish with Pam, then place chicken pieces in a single layer, sprinkle Tony's, cinnamon, garlic and basil over chicken evenly, turn and repeat on the other side. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes, depending on oven and sizes of chicken pieces. Remove from oven, turn chicken pieces, and then add tomatoes over the chicken and return to oven for an additional 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and tender. Meanwhile, boil pasta until al dente and drain.

Steamed Broccoli with a sprinkle of lemon juice is an excellent side dish. Green beans seasoned with a touch of garlic is also very good with this dish.

Serves 6, one piece of chicken and 1 cup pasta with some of the sauce spooned over the top.
