Herb Mackerel Patties

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo Garlic powder, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tsp Basil, 1 tsp mackerel, chicken of the sea, 2 cup
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together throughlyl with hands, you can remove backbone if you prefer, but you dont have to it will break down as you are combining ingredients.

Once combined, form into 3 generous patties, Bake in oven at 350 for 20 min, or you can pan fry til brown, but add calories for coooking oil.
