lasagna with cheese, veg & meat

Ingredients
9 LASAGNA WHOLE Wheat NOODLES 1/2 lb lean hamburger beef1 c. Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup diced Celery1 cup chopped Onions3 cups fresh chopped Broccoli2 cups sliced Mushrooms, fresh1/3 Parmesan Cheese, gratedBasil, 2 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp 2 cups Tomato Sauce28 oz Can Tomatoes16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
brown meat - remove any excess fat - add all the vegetables and simmer until preferred consistancy.

cook lasagna as per package.

spray 13 x 9 pay with pam

layer as follows
3 noodles on bottom
spread with 1/2 sauce
spread with 1/2 cottage cheese
sprinkle with 1/3 mozzarella cheese

repeat noodle, sauce mixture, cottage and mozzearella cheese layers once more. Arrange remaining 3 noodles over top.

sprinkle rest of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

bake in 350 oven for 35 to 45 min. or until hot & bubbly
