Banana Raisin Bran Muffins

Wet:1/2 cup nonfat milk2 tbsp canola oil1 cup mashed banana2 egg whitesDry:1/2 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp nutmeg2 tsp splenda no-calorie sweetner1 tbsp baking powder2 1/4 cups oat bran1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and spray a muffin tin with Pam or equivalent.
Soak raisins in warm water for about 10 minutes or so while preparing the rest of the recipe.
Combine all of the dry ingredients in one bowl and mix well and then combine the wet ingredients well in another bowl.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir well (I do it with a fork). Add soaked raisins (without the water!) and mix again. Pour into muffin tins and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 muffins.
