Ingredients
32 ounces plain nonfat yogurt1 package (1 oz) of instant sugar free, fat free pudding in any flavor you like. Chocolate, white chocolate, pistachio and cheesecake are highly recommended.
Directions
Combine yogurt with pudding mix. You can put the result into small bowls like pudding or leave it in one container. It will firm up only slightly after 5 minutes but it is ready to eat as soon as you mix it.

This makes 8 half cup servings.

    I tried it with chocolate. It might be a little sour for some tastes, but I loved it as is. Plain yogurt does not have added sugar. It contains natural lactose. Our dietitian, who is also a diabetic educator, would classify this as sugar free. - 10/14/10

    This was good.but not sugar free. There is the sugar from the plain yogurt. - 6/22/10
