Rinse one 3 oz can of tuna (to eliminate some of the extra sodium)Break into small piecesMix with egg white until incorporatedMix in 1/4 c oatmealPlace in skillet on medium high heat (spray with pam first)Flip when firmed and golden on one side

I typically add seasonings to my mix before cooking. The options are limitless. Can be Mexican with chili powder and cumin, standard with dill,onion and garlic. Use your imagination!!
