Ingredients
2 oz almonds2 tbls flax seed oil1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp stevia ( or other sweetner)4 c water
Directions
bring water just to boiling.
in blender ;
grind almonds until fine
add 1c of the water, flax oil ,vanilla and sweetner
blend until smooth and milky slowley add rest of water. strain or not & chill
