Low GI Wholewheat Oats Muffins

Ingredients

* Oats, 1 cup * Oat Bran, 1 cup * Wheat bran, crude, 1 cup * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup * Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup * Salt, 0.5 tsp * Baking Powder, 4 tsp * Apples, fresh, 1 large grated * *Margarine Low Fat 30 gram * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup * Egg white, 1 serving * Egg, fresh, 1 large
1. Mix all dry ingredients with grated apple.
2. Rub in margarine until mixture resembles fine bread crumbs
3. Mix egg and milk and then mix with other ingredients to a soft mixture. Do not mix to much.
4. Spoon into muffin pans.
Bake 15 minutes at 180 Celcius
