Egg in the Basket Breakfast

2 slices Sara Lee's delightful wheat bread2 egg whites1/2 T skim milkspray buttersalt and pepper
Spray a skillet with Pam over medium heat. Spray one side of bread (cut-out of your choice) with spray butter, lay face up on the skillet.
Beat two eggs, milk and pepper in a small bowl. Do not add salt until eggs are added to bread..this is so the fake butter really tastes like real butter! Make sure sides of bread are pressed to the skillet when pouring the egg mix. Use only half, then coat whole thing with salt.
When egg white is mostly cooked through, carefully flip over and brown the other side. It is done when bread is stiff and looks like toast. Do the same thing for the other slice. Serve with turkey bacon, fruit, or fresh gravy. A really filling brunch or snack. Serves one.
