Ingredients
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), .25 tbspProtein - soy protein powder - Advant Edge Vanilla, .75 serving Soy Milk Plain Light, .5 cupBlackberries, Frozen, 0.25 cup, unthawed Mangos Frozen, 0.25 cupRaspberries Frozen, 0.25 cup
Directions
Put in a blender and blend for about 1-2 minutes or until you get the desired texture (I pulse it a few times on the ice crush setting and then the blend setting)

It is best if you add the soy milk 1/2 at the beginning and 1/2 way through.
