Cornmeal Muffins

Ingredients
Yellow Cornmeal, 8 cup Salt, 2 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Baking Powder, 3 tsp Egg, fresh, 3 large Nonfat Dry Milk, 1 cup
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add eggs, oil and enough water to make a thick batter. Scoup batter into sprayed or greased muffin tins, 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
