Butter, unsalted, .5 cup Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg, 4 serving Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Soy Flour, .75 cup, stirred *Coconut - shredded, unsweetened, unsulphured, 8 oz.*Oatmeal, Old Fashion (.75 C. dry), 1.25 serving Protein Shake, Worldwide Pure Protein, Frosty Chocolate 1 servingRaisins, 1 cup (not packed)Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
Cream the butter with the Truvia or other stevia product.
Add vanilla and eggs, then add protein shake and dry ingrediants. Add nuts and raisins last. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray (oil) This makes large cookies, and they do not spread much so you can place them close together. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
