Shrimp salad

3 oz shrimp (I use pre-cooked frozen)1 tbsp Kraft fat free mayo1/4 cup chopped onion, or 1 boiler onion1 tbsp fat free cottage cheese, small curd1/4 tsp Citrus Grill1/4 tsp garlic powderfew dashes of ground black pepper
Cook shrimp as desired (can be sauteed, boiled, thawed from frozen, etc).
Run under cold water when done cooking, then add to food processor, Magic Bullet, or blender with all other ingredients. Pulse until desired consistency. Serve with whole wheat crackers or melba toast.
