Energy cookies

Ingredients
1 cup quick oats2/3 cup barley flour1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp sea salt2 tbsp ground golden flax seed1/4 cup agave nectar (or maple syrup)1 1/2 tsp yacon syrup (or backstrap molasses)1 tsp vanilla3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce (or grapeseed oil)2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup hemp seeds1/4 cup raisins1/4 cup carob chips1/8 cup unsweetened coconut
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients (except flax) in medium bowl. Then mix ground flax and wet ingredients in small bowl. Add wet to dry, then add mix-ins. Form into 12 cookie shapes (will need to flatten) and bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees on parchment lined cookie sheet.
