You will need:1. One pack of low calorie sugar free gelatin mix raspberry flavored.2. I/2 cup vanilla yogurt. ( I like Dannon Activia, you can use your favorite)3. 1/2 cup fresh raspberries4. 1 cup crushed ice
1. Combine one pack of raspberry flavored gelatin mix and 1/2 cup of boiling water.
2. Blend until the gelatin is dissolved.
3. Add 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup fruit and 1 cup of crushed ice.
4. Blend until it is smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
Makes one large serving!
