Ingredients
2 1/2 cups cooked brown rice3/4 cup chopped onion1 cup peas and carrots14 oz. medium cooked shrimp2 table. extra virgin olive oil1 1/2 table seseme oil3 table. low-sodium soy saucesalt, pepper, and cilantro to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil on medium heat. Add onion and saute for 5 minutes. Add rice and cook for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients ad cook for an additional 10 minutes.
