    A good ratio of squash to zucchini. I dice the squash and slice the zucchini thin; these are sautéed in a frying pan with oil and the spices. When the squash is soft, add the tomotoes and/or tomato paste and simmer for at least half an hour. I also add browned meat. Served over spaghetti. - 7/8/18
