1 C ice cubes1 C skim milk (or rice or almond milk)1/4 C low-fat cottage cheese1/2 C fresh sliced strawberries1 Kiwi fruit, cut in chunks1/2 C Green Tea (Chilled)
Put all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker, blend until smooth and enjoy!

I made this this morning - I'm ok with it. It isn't fabulous, but it isn't bad, either. I think tomorrow I will split the ice for half a frozen banana and see if that helps thicken just a tad and add a little more flavor.
Update: I added 2 T ground flax and about 1/2 c sliced frozen banana - YUM! - 11/2/11
