Kira's Spicy Turkey Chili

1 tablespoons olive oil1 medium yellow onion, diced3 cloves garlic, minced2 bell peppers, any color, diced1 lb ground turkey˝ can chipotle chilies in adobo sauce3 tablespoon hot sauce1 tablespoon cumin1 can diced tomatoes1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained˝ bottle dark beer, preferably Dos Equis
Heat the olive oil in a large stockpot. Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Crush up about half of the chilis in the can and add them, plus about half the sauce.
Add the ground turkey and separate. Season with hot sauce, salt and cumin. Brown turkey until just cooked.
Add the can of tomatoes, kidney and pinto beans and the half beer. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and let simmer for at least thirty minutes, stirring occasionally until thick.
