Mini Banana wheat germ muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup all-pourpose flour1/2 cup wheat germ1/3 cup granulated sugar1 tbsp or 3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 1/4 cup mashed ripe bananas1/2 cup milk1/4 cup canola oil1 large egg
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Blend oil and sugar.
3. Add milk, egg and banana.
4. Mix dry ingredients together, then add to banana mixture.
5. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Let cool.

    These are some SUPER muffins! I ended up making mine with NO FLOUR - 100% Wheat Germ - and I used imitation banana flavor, Splenda instead of sugar and Silk soy milk instead of reg. milk. They came out AWESOME! - 3/5/08
