Tonton's mom's steamed salmon

  • Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
Salmon pieces, 2-3 per personChopped LeekButter or margarineSalt PepperAluminum foil for each piece of fish
Directions
• Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper
• Place fish in aluminum foil and cover with chopped leek and a tiny bit of butter/margarine
• Wrap the fish tightly in foil
• Steam for 30-35 minutes (can be baked on heated water too)

Serve with boiled potatoes and steamed vegetables
