Ingredients
1-cup mixed frozen fruit0.25-cup frozen blueberries1-cup ff milk1-packet calorie free sweetner of choice1-tbsp flax seed
Directions
Put packet of sweetner, fruit, and ff milk in blender and let set for a minute. While you are waiting grind whole flax seed in coffee grinder and add to mix blend until smooth. Enjoy :) Can add 2 tbsp light whipped topping but don't forget to add calories for it.
