Bumblebee Pink Salmon (14.75oz can)\Bumblebee Sockeye Red Salmon (14.75oz can)4 slices whole wheat bread (processed into crumbs)2 egg whitesJuice of 1 lemon2 Tbs dried dill weed2 cloves garlic, minced5 Tbs onion, chopped/mincedSalt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients in medium bowl. Make into 12 patties, place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam, and bake for about 25 min, or until golden brown.
I like to freeze some of these BEFORE BAKING for a rainy day!

the flavor was very good but I thought the patties were extremely dry. If I can find a low fat sauce for these, I might try it again. - 3/11/11

I agree- I reduced the bread crumbs and that helped. Another idea is to add a tiny bit of olive oil- of course will change nutrition but in a healthy way! :) a pesto or Dijon sauce would be yummy!
