1 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened1 cup fresh pineapple, dicedI also like to add a spoonful or two of vanilla nonfat yogurt. Please note that the nutrition facts do not include this.
Combine blueberries and pineapple in blender. Add one or two spoonfuls of nonfat yogurt if desired. Blend until smooth. (It will be a bit pulpy.)
