Chili Mac Favorite

Ingredients
2 lbs 93% Ground Beef4 cups Pinto Beans, soaked1 48 fl oz V-8 Cocktail Juice2 cups Stewed Tomatoes1 cup chopped onion3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper2 cup Whole Wheat Macaroni3 Tbsp Chili Powder
Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain ground beef then mix with V-8 juice, presoaked pinto beans, stewed tomatoes, chili powder, onions, and peppers in large pan. Simmer over medium heat for 1 hour, stirring occassionally. Add macaroni and simmer for another hour, stirring occassionally.
Makes approximately 10 1 cup servings
