2 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 1.50 cup Goya Black Beans 1 cup Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup 32 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1.5 cup Salsa
Cut up chicken into pieces. Mix soup, salsa and taco seasoning in a bowl. Combine with chicken in slow cooker. Add black beans. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. Serve over rice.

I loved this! I did not use a taco seasoning packet but rather my own seasonings to taste. I did drain the black beans since the salsa kept things moist. I used condensed cream of mushroom soup instead of the cheddar soup since I never buy the cheddar soup. Though will try the cheddar soup next! - 11/22/09
