Healthy Dessert Shake

Ingredients
½ avocado1 banana5 almonds100mL plain soy milk3 tblsp cinnamon1 tblsp cayenne pepper1 teaspoon olive oil2 tblsp Yerba Mate
Directions
Pour 100ml neutral soy milk in a plastic container, break the banana (must be just ripe, so still hard) into bits and take the skin off the avocado and add to the milk. Add almonds, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, mate and olive oil, and blend with a stick blender. Add cold water untill you achieve the desired consistensy!
