Banana Nut Loaf with Splenda

Ingredients
2 1/2 c whole wheat flour1 1/4 c mashed bananas1/4 c white Splenda1/4 c brown Splenda1/3 c non-fat milk3 1/2 tsp baking powder3 Tbsp canola oil1 egg1/2 c chopped nuts
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix wet ingredients, then sugars, then flour, and at last the nuts. Beat for 30 seconds.
3. Grease bottom only of 9x5x3 loaf pan. Add batter.
4. Bake for 55 - 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut with knife around edges of pan and turn over on a plate. Let cool.
