Directions
Use Skillet big enough to hold all the fillets. I used Kroger Frozen Tilapia - a 12 ounce bag.
1. Sprinkle Both Sides of Tilapia with 5 Spice Powder
2. Combine Soy Sauce and Brown Suagr in Bowl.
3. Heat Oil in Skillet over Medium High Heat.
4. Add Tilapia and cook for about two minutes.
5. Reduce Heat to Medium and Flip Fillets.
6. Stir Soy mixture and pour over Fish into Skillet
7. Cook Until Fish is Cooked through and sauce is boiling. About 2 minutes.
8. Add Scallions and Remove from Heat.
9. Serve Fish with pan sauce drizzled over the top.
I put this on a steamed mixture of Broccoli and Zucchini, a rice pilaf would also work well.
