Perch Fillets with Orange Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
120 ml Orange Juice3 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard2 1/4 tsp. packed brown sugar680 grams Ocean PerchNon-Stick Cooking Spray
Directions
Bring first three ingredients to a boil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Boil for one minute, stirring occasionally.

Coat a broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place fillets, skin side down on broiler pan and coat with mustard mixture.

Broil 10 cm (4 inches) from heat source for 5-7 minutes until fish flakes easily.

Makes 6 servings of 1 fillet each.
