Orange-Cherry Granola

Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats1/2 cup taosted wheat germ1 cup slivered almonds1/8 cup flax seeds1/8 cup sesame seeds3 Tbs brown sugar packed3/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup maple syrup2 Tbs vegetable oil1 c. dried cherries (sweetened)orange zest2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 c. water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line rimmed baking sheet w/ parchment. Mix first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Sir maple syrup, oil, orange zest , vanilla extract and water in saucepan over low heat until smooth. Pour syrup mixture over oat mixture and toss. Spread on prepared sheet. Bake until golden, stirring every 10 minutes, about 40 minutes, total. Place sheet on rack, stir granola, cool. Mix in fruit. Store in airtight container. Serving = 1/2 c.
