Tilapia & Scallop Stir Fry

Ingredients
* Scallops, raw, 1.5 lbs * 2 Tilapia filet chopped chunky * Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped - 1tbsp Curry Powder - 2 garlic cloves diced
Directions
-with olive oil fry garlic curry and scallops until brown.
-Add broccoli, peppers, and onions
-Add Tilapia
-Season with garlic and herb, old bay, and a little salt (to your liking)
-Add broth and let steam until tilapia is cooked
