White Rice, short grain, 1 cup (remove)Scrambled Egg, 2 large (remove)Brown Sugar, 2 tsp brownulated (remove)Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 1 tbsp (remove)balsamic vinegar, .5 tablespoon (remove)
Preparation Instructions
- cook 6 cups sushi rice (in rice cooker or pot) approx. 25 mins
- Scramble dozen eggs in olive oil while rice cooks, set aside
- fry prosciutto or bacon in pan, set aside
- mix together eggs, prosciutto (or bacon), and rice in large bowl
- add 1/2 cup soy sauce & 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar to the mixture and stir well
- pack mixture into brownie or cake pan, top with brown sugar- cut into squares and wrap in paper foil
- good to eat for up to 12 hours without refrigeration
