.5 cup Frozen Strawberries.25 cup Frozen Mangoes.25 cup Frozen Blueberries.5 cup Frozen Strawberries1 cup Unsweetened Orange Juice
Cut frozen strawberries into smaller pieces
Cut frozen mangoes into smaller pieces
Place in bullet or blender
Add enough orange juice to blend
Add blueberries & strawberries and again enough orange juice to blend.
This yields about 2 cups of delicious thick fruit smoothie. Use any fruit you want, or different portions depending on your taste. The less orange juice you end up using the better!
