*1/2 cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogourt*1 cup Mixed Berries*1/2 cup Water*2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed*1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and mix for 2 minutes.

Makes apx. 3 8-ounces servings.

*For a less thicker version, add more water.
