Turkey Ruben Sandwich

4 slices rye bread4 tsp prepared mustard4 tbsp fat free thousand island dressing6 tbsp sauerkraut, well drained6 ounces deli sliced turkey breast2 (1 oz) slices reduced fat swiss cheese
1. Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with 1 tsp of the mustard, 1tbsp of the Thousand Island dressing. Divide the sauerkraut and turkey between 2 of the slices. Top each with 1 slice of the Swiss cheese and 1 of the remaining slices of bread.
3. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet or toaster oven tray and bake until cheese melts and sandwiches are hot, about 6 minutes.
